Financial Reports

Warwick has investors, the bondholders. The federal government requires the city to report to the bondholders annually. This is their report. It should be posted on the City's website

Depending on your computer's settings and network connections, this report may take several minutes to download. It is worth doing so. There is a lot of good information here.

MAYOR'S 2010 REPORT TO WALL STREET

The following "Wall Street Document" link will load the current copy of the City of Warwick, Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, For the Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2009. This is a 190 page document in a pdf form.

This document is prapared for the City's bond underwriters. It shows the city's financial and economic data over the past ten years. Several required supplements show budgetary comparisons and pension plan displays. The Demographic and Economic Statistics sections are of particular interest. This section shows a stable population with a very slow total income growth.
